screen shows prior bids for easier interaction.
Displays
highest TWO bids to the Clerk's screen so that raises can be
done properly.
Separate read-only screen also available for
the auctioneer who can do inquiries without interfering with the
clerk.

Set a global
Sliding scale (rather than straight %) buyer's premium for every
bidder at the auction.

Bidder Handling Fee / Buyer Premium:
If you
have differing fee arrangements with different types of buyers
(i.e. Dealers vs public, etc.),
each bidder may be assigned
his/her own Buyer's Premium.
